Where do you get your contents from? Allafricancinema content is from two sources. We buy copyrights and you’ll know this when you see a video that has our AAC log on it. Our second source is to get permissible content from other websites. We do this so you don’t have to go through the trouble of looking for African content yourself. We simply bring it to you.
Why do you not have this particular movie even though I have seen it on other sites? At AAC we pride ourselves in bringing you the best of African cinema, and when we do movies we get exclusives for most of our content. If another site has it, we may not see the need to host it except it is an exceptionally great work of art. However, if there is a particular video or film you want to see on our site contact us and we’ll see what we can do!
Why do you show your contents for FREE? We get our non-AAC content for free therefore it would be criminal to ask you to pay to view it and in the situation where we have bought the rights of any content, we would still show it for Free.
What is the ‘AAC seal’? The AAC seal is a guarantee from us to our viewers that all of our exclusive video content has been obtained through proper means.

I’m interested in a particular Actress, Festival, Producer, Country (whatever)…, how do I filter my search? That’s easy go to the TAGS section on any page and click on what you’re searching for
OR Go to the search box on the right top corner of your screen, type your search word such as ‘Nadia Buhari’,
press ENTER or click on the search button on the left then wait for the search results. Do same for a country or even Film Festival initials such as ‘SLIFF’ you’ll get the same results. It’s that simple.
